"The weeping" is a card owned by my client.
A mortal king from ages past, the weeping king is most often brushed off the pages of history as a myth, a tale told to scare children and whatnot. The Weeping King is a mistake, a mortal that climbed to the position of Luminary quite by accident - though his path to his power has long been forgotten, maybe even erased by the existing pantheon of Luminaries. Where the Caretaker God is the benevolent specter of mortality and guidance, the Weeping King is the baleful creature that guards secrets locked away from greedy mortal hands, and who seems to pity the souls of those perverted by necromancies magic - as his pale throne is surrounded by lost souls and spirits of those that will never find rest in the embrace of the Caretaker. It is said that the Weeping King holds the secrets to many unnatural and profane rituals; from vampirism to lichdom, and he himself is the only mortal to ever ascend past true mortality.
The Weeping King appears as a young human man with pale skin, baleful eyes, a sickly white diadem/simple crown, and wispy white hair blowing in a nonexistent breeze. Always beside its master, a floating pale blade hovers beside the young king, point drawn down, ready to sever the soul from the body. He is usually depicted within his Necropolis, his eternal kingdom of silence and stillness. It is said that the Weeping King abhors the din and racket of life, and all those that would approach him should do so in whispered reverence.
